Privacy
AppShotFlow is a local-first editor with a separate, owner-only AI review mode. There are currently no user accounts, payments, or first-party analytics.
Manual mode
Imported screenshots, thumbnails, app projects, campaigns, crops, and edits are processed in your browser. They are autosaved in this site’s IndexedDB storage so a refresh does not erase the gallery. Manual mode does not upload those images to AppShotFlow.
- If you link a PC folder, AppShotFlow requests read access, remembers the browser folder handle locally, and never overwrites files in that folder.
- Crop settings are non-destructive metadata. The original image Blob remains unchanged.
- A downloaded
.appshotflow.jsonv4 project includes each source image once; slides refer to it by asset ID. - You can remove individual gallery images in the editor or clear all AppShotFlow site data in your browser settings.
Owner AI campaign review
AI runs only after an authorized owner presses Review AI campaign. The browser creates reduced JPEG previews for up to 12 selected screenshots and sends those previews, opaque asset IDs, the app brief, requested locales, and allowed local layout IDs through a Cloudflare Pages Function to Google Gemini.
- Original image files are not sent, overwritten, blurred, retouched, or generated.
- AppShotFlow does not intentionally persist AI previews, the app brief, or the model response on its server.
- The Function returns selected asset IDs, evidence scores, order, copy, local layout IDs, warnings, and token usage. You review the draft before anything changes locally.
- Cloudflare and Google process the request under their applicable service and privacy terms.
Secrets and access
The Google Gemini API key is stored as an encrypted Cloudflare secret and is never sent to the browser. The separate owner access code is kept only in sessionStorage for the current tab and can be cleared from the editor. It is not a Gemini API key.

개인정보 처리 안내
AppShotFlow는 로컬 우선 에디터와 소유자 전용 AI 검토 모드를 분리합니다. 현재 사용자 계정, 결제, 자체 분석 도구는 없습니다.
수동 모드
가져온 스크린샷, 썸네일, 앱 프로젝트, 캠페인, 자르기와 편집 상태는 브라우저 안에서 처리되고 이 사이트의 IndexedDB에 자동 저장됩니다. 수동 모드에서는 이미지를 AppShotFlow 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다.
- PC 폴더를 연결하면 읽기 권한을 요청하고 폴더 핸들을 브라우저에만 기억합니다. 폴더의 원본 파일은 덮어쓰지 않습니다.
- 자르기는 원본을 바꾸지 않는 메타데이터이며 원본 이미지 Blob은 그대로 유지됩니다.
- 다운로드한 v4 프로젝트는 원본 이미지를 한 번씩만 포함하고 슬라이드는 asset ID로 참조합니다.
- 에디터에서 사진을 제거하거나 브라우저 설정에서 AppShotFlow 사이트 데이터를 모두 지울 수 있습니다.
소유자 AI 캠페인 검토
권한이 있는 소유자가 AI 캠페인 검토를 누른 경우에만 선택한 스크린샷 최대 12장의 축소 JPEG 미리보기, 익명 asset ID, 앱 설명, 대상 언어, 허용된 로컬 레이아웃 ID가 Cloudflare Pages Function을 거쳐 Google Gemini로 전송됩니다.
- 원본 이미지 파일은 전송·덮어쓰기·블러·보정·생성하지 않습니다.
- AppShotFlow 서버는 AI 미리보기, 앱 설명, 모델 응답을 의도적으로 저장하지 않습니다.
- 선정 asset ID, 근거 점수, 순서, 문구, 로컬 레이아웃 ID, 경고와 토큰 사용량을 반환하며 적용 전 사용자가 검토합니다.
- Cloudflare와 Google은 각 서비스 및 개인정보 처리 조건에 따라 요청을 처리합니다.
비밀값과 접근 코드
Gemini API 키는 암호화된 Cloudflare 비밀값으로 저장되며 브라우저로 전달되지 않습니다. 별도의 소유자 접근 코드는 현재 탭의 sessionStorage에만 보관되고 에디터에서 즉시 지울 수 있습니다. 이 코드는 Gemini API 키가 아닙니다.
